Airbnb management company, Airsorted, is a tech-based platform dedicated to managing the property of deployed military personnel. Airsorted allows those with temporarily vacant homes to make the most of the short term rental boom.
Recognizing that bills and mortgage payments won’t stop while you’re away, the company promises to help you cover the costs, hassle-free, by providing a fully managed professional service for short rentals. They take care of the listing, cleaning, guest turnover, online marketing, even customer service, and key exchanges. The company aims to build a more localized tourism approach while promoting visitors to San Diego to live and experience the Californian lifestyle.
Airsorted is also providing all military personnel with vacant homes a discounted management fee of 14% (normally 15%) and an additional $100 credit for those that sign up in March. The limited credit will be available from March 1, 2019 – March 31, 2019.
With more than 4,000 properties managed worldwide and over $88 million in bookings managed to date, Airsorted prides itself in being responsible hosts. Global Expansion Director, Freddie Blunt explained “We care about the communities in which we operate. We think it’s very important to be good neighbors, which is why we meticulously check all of our guests – we’re experts at this, managing 1,000s of bookings per month globally. If we’re not sure that a guest will abide by the house rules and be respectful, we do not accept that guest.”
Global Expansion Director, Freddie Blunt and San Diego Property Managers Paige Koehler and Simon Johnson are available for an exclusive interview to give a first look into San Diego’s newest property management.
