Employee survey software, 6Q, has announced an extensive overhaul of their product, as they reach the milestone of 9,000 organisations having sent employee pulse surveys from their system.
Since their launch in early 2015, 6Q has grown to have customers in a number of countries, including Australia, Bosnia, Canada, Jerusalem, Netherlands, New Zealand, South Africa, the UK and the United States.
“We are excited to release this new version to the world, which is the result of literally hundreds of hours of work in customer interviews, design and development,” said Miles Burke, 6Q Founder and Managing Director.
“We treat our customers as co-creators of our product, and this major update is the result of many requests and feedback on how customers want to use our employee survey product. This is just one step though, there are plenty of more features coming in the next few months to make collecting valuable employee feedback even easier,” he added.
6Q sends regular short employee pulse surveys, measuring factors that influence employee engagement and overall team morale. These surveys are then automatically analysed, and statistics are reported back to team leaders and management.
Customers include high growth startups, publicly listed companies, and multinational technology companies.
