Kostas Liapis founder and CEO of Lion Alternative Energy PLC (www.lionhellas.com) is pleased to announce PROFESSOR NIGEL BRANDON OBE FRENG has been commissioned, via Imperial Consultants ( www.imperial-consultants.co.uk ), to provide his expert and independent opinion on our suite of technologies.
Professor Brandon is Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Imperial College London.
His research focuses on the science, engineering, and technology of electrochemical devices for energy applications, with a particular focus on fuel cells, electrolyzers, and energy storage. He collaborates extensively in the field with industry, research centers and universities around the world and is Director of the Hydrogen and Fuel Cells SUPERGEN Hub ( www.h2fcsupergen.com ), and Co-Director of the Energy Storage SUPERGEN Hub.
The next big step in the clean energy market will depend on finding a solution to the cost of hydrogen storage. Professor Brandon believes that when Lion completes the prototype of its new hydrogen storage technology it will be able to demonstrate a revolutionary new way to solve this problem.
