Kourts, a company that specializes in all-in-one booking and management software for tennis facilities, has launched a new Point of Sale. The POS is a chip and card reader system that integrates directly with Kourts’ existing desktop software. With the POS, all financial transactions can be managed within the Kourts software, making Kourts compatible with all major credit cards, cash, checks, and both Google and Apple pay. Kourts POS is PCI compliant to protect customer data.
The POS includes the option to charge with a chip and card reader system and also allows customers to keep their cards on file. The system can also be used without the card reader for cash, check, and card on file.
“The Kourts Point of Sale is a result of the consistent demand from clubs to have a POS that actually caters to the needs of tennis & racquet clubs. It’s designed to make it easy to collect payment and more importantly, easily determine what’s due & outstanding. It integrates perfectly with every part of all Kourts’ products and we look forward to expanding it with a wide range of useful features for all different types of facilities.” said Tim Whelan, COO & Co-Founder of Kourts.
The POS also comes with a customizable catalog that includes anything that you sell, from food and beverages, to gear and apparel. The Kourts software processes report at both item and category levels, as well as other advanced reporting that can be downloaded directly into Excel. Kourts POS can be purchased at kourts.com/clubs.
