The Loboc Children’s Choir has been nominated for a 2024 Aliw Award, according to the Aliw Awards Foundation.
The choir, based in Loboc, Bohol, is a contender in the Best Chorale Group category.
This year’s nominees mark the 37th annual Aliw Awards, which recognize outstanding musical talent.
The Loboc Children’s Choir will compete against more established groups, including the Apo Hiking Society.
Other nominees include solo artists Julie San Jose and Stell of SB-19.
The Aliw Awards ceremony is scheduled to take place later this year, although a specific date has not been announced.
