Police Investigate Convenience Store Robbery in Bilar
Police authorities in Bilar are investigating a robbery incident that occurred at a convenience store in Barangay Zamora on August 25, 2024.
According to reports, police have identified persons of interest in connection with the incident, in which two individuals allegedly stole an undisclosed amount of money from the store’s cash register.
Eyewitnesses said the suspects posed as customers before making off with the cash, taking advantage of the cashier opening the register.
The security guard on duty was reportedly incapacitated by stomach troubles and failed to detect the crime.
The suspects fled the scene, and police are currently reviewing CCTV footage from the store and nearby establishments as part of their investigation.
