The Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP) of Tagbilaran City has concluded a three-day hearing on the proposed 2025 budget, which is pegged at P1.3 billion pesos.
The hearings, held at a resort in Panglao, brought together department heads and members of the Committee on Appropriations, led by Chairman Coun. Tim Butalid, to discuss the budget details.
City Budget Officer Marysol Perocho presented the breakdown of the proposed budget, outlining how the city plans to allocate the funds.
Department heads successfully defended their respective budget allocations, while barangay captains from across the city attended the hearings to advocate for infrastructure projects to be included in the development fund.
