Swedish Telecom, the main optical technology company in Sweden, has launched Swedish Telecom OPTO, a spin-off to facilitate the online shopping of optical products.
Working directly with manufacturers since 2004, the company is established to create a new service to meet the rising demand of the market. The major aim of Swedish Telecom OPTO is to facilitate the possibilities of online orders for complete optical solutions. Targeted on large scale data centers and network operators, the webshop offers all products required to build a high-performance and cost-effective network infrastructures.
According to the company’s CEO Josef Widström, Swedish Telecom OPTO is reaching the lowest prices on the market as a result of many years of work in the field.
“The circle of manufacturers we are working with have proved the quality and capability of the products over the years. Now we focus on providing full customer support, which includes a lifetime warranty and online assistance starting the mere minute the customer contacts us to place an order. We know the importance of keeping a 24/7 availability to the customers, even more now when not all online markets put the major effort in customer care,” he stated
With headquarters in Hong Kong, Swedish Telecom OPTO is working globally with representatives and local offices in Europe, North and South America.
