Three Crowns is delighted to announce that it has acquired Studioworx, a Hull-based creative eCommerce and content design agency to partner with Schofield Publishing & Knighthouse Media, its business-to-business media services companies.
Studioworx will significantly expand Three Crowns digital media services, bringing with it vast expertise in web & ecommerce development, digital marketing and consultation.
The acquisition will add Studioworx’ capabilities in creative services and online business platforms to Schofield Publishing and Knighthouse’s core business of B2B digital content solutions. Founder & Chairman of Three Crowns, Andrew Schofield comments: “Studioworx’ know-how will introduce an exciting new dimension to our media arm and the combination of both businesses will allow us to offer optimized solutions to all our customers.”
Studioworx’ current operations will remain in Hull, with its Founder Mark Withers staying at the helm. Mark is thrilled about the opportunities that will open up for Studioworx as part of Three Crowns: “Being able to provide a wide range of content marketing services on top of our current capabilities for blue-chip clients is the perfect next step for us.
