Verticroft today announced it’s Board of Directors has appointed Alejandro Pons as Chief Executive Officer effective January 7, 2019. Pons was also elected to the Board of Directors of Verticroft effective January 7,2019. Adrian Mason will assume the role of Executive Chairman on January 7, 2019 and will continue to serve as the chairman of Verticroft’s Board.

Alejandro Pons has a wide experience in international markets, developing new business models in the last 10 years, based in Accra, Ghana, in segments and fields like Public Health, fighting against the endemic disease, Real Estate, Animal Health and Organisations with global Market interest. Having collaborated with multinational companies like Bayer and Unilever. His primary focus is in continents like Africa, Asia, and the United States and has huge experience in the international development, adapting to the demands on the socio-economic of each segment, and he also has an international and global perspective
