Breen Machine Automation Services LLC, a Wisconsin-based company offering custom industrial automation solutions, will release its newest innovation – the Gocapture – on (release date).
A Gocator is a 3D camera used in industrial automation to measure parts. It is often utilized in large production environments to log data with the use of a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) or Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. But data logging hasn’t been very practical in small production or lab/research/R&D environments… until now. Breen Machine Automation Services has developed a simple solution to support these applications.
Jon Breen, Owner of Breen Machine Automation Services explains, “We’ve had so many customers ask how to datalog with a Gocator, and we always had to tell them the only solution was custom software. So we decided to make a downloadable program to serve these needs. The funny thing is how much we’re already using it when developing Gocator applications for our customers. We didn’t design it for us, but it’s solving a problem we didn’t know we had.”
With Breen Machine’s Gocapture, people can log data without a PLC or SCADA system. The program can be run using a laptop or panel PC, depending on your needs.
- Easy to use
- Works with any Gocator
- Graphs historical data, color-coded with pass/fail information
- Logs the data to CSV file
- Fully customizable for any application
- Unlimited Gocator tools can be graphed and logged
Pricing and Availability
The Gocapture will be available for download on (release date). A FREE TRIAL version of the program will offer all features to graph and record one Gocator tool. The full version will allow unlimited tools and application updates for the one-time price of $1000.
