Forcivity Hires New Chief Product and Strategy Officer

Forcivity, a Salesforce product and services company, announced today it has hired Greg Jankowski, a long-time digital, community, and technology executive as Chief Product and Strategy Officer. Jankowski will be tasked with growing the company through product offerings.

“Forcivity has experienced continued growth over the past 18 months and we’re now in a position to further productize our services and solutions,” said Steve Baines, CEO of Forcivity. “Greg is the perfect executive to take us to the next level. His ability to be both a technical and creative leader will help drive innovative products that will benefit Forcivity’s customers.”

Jankowski, who is based in Madison, Wisconsin, was most recently Vice President, Online Support Services, at Ipswitch, Inc., a Burlington, Massachusetts based IT management software developer. At Ipswitch, Jankowski built and grew their community into a 2017 Association of Support Professional (ASP) Top Ten Support Website winner. “I like working within an organization that’s innovative, agile, and has a passion for creating value and providing a great experience for customers,” Jankowski said. “I have known Steve for a long time dating back to our work together at Ipswitch. We have complementary skill sets and I know, based on my experiences, that there is a great opportunity to create products that will deliver outstanding value to our customers.”

Jankowski’s first order of business will be a re-launch of Forcivity’s flagship product, Advanced Reporting for Salesforce, which creates a unified sales, marketing and operations data platform allowing organizations to take advantage of what they need most: actionable reporting no matter where their data is stored.

Advanced Reporting was created to empower Salesforce customers by giving them unfettered, secure access to Salesforce and non-Salesforce data, all within Salesforce Reporting and Einstein Analytics, and allowing for the creation of cross-object and cross-platform reports not available in Salesforce.

Jankowski’s hiring comes at the perfect time for Forcivity, which has recently hit several major growth milestones. Most recently, Forcivity reported record-breaking revenue for the quarter ending March 31, 2018, reporting 160% quarter-over-quarter growth from the quarter ending December 31. 2017 and an increase in revenue of 750% over the same period in 2017. Additionally, the company entered Q2 2018 both profitable and cash flow positive. Lastly, the company recently relocated its global headquarters to Manchester, NH.
