Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of Bahrain Athletics Association. Al Hekma International School participated in the first tournament in the Middle East, under the slogan of #Let_us_innovate_future with Artificial Intelligence. The tournament was organized by Polytechnic University, and Microsoft Company and HHSK Media Office, as one of His Highness initiatives in supporting students in the scientific field.
A major achievement was attained by Al Hekma International School whereby 3 teams acquired the first 3 places in the competition. First place went to (Raghad Nassar, Dana Alkurdi, Mishal Hejair, & Team leader: Ms. Adreen Haddad). They developed an artificial intelligence bot (AHISChatBot) that provides AHIS website visitors with direct information and portal links related to registration, accounts, students progress, online payment and vacancies services.
Second place went to (Hisham A.Wahab, Ahmed Ismail, Ali Khalil, & Team leader: Ms. Anwaar Abdulla) they developed Internet Safety Bot which is built to help kids and people to be safe online. In addition, it will influence people to use the Internet wisely especially social media networks.
Third place went to (Ali AlHelo, Lorin Sabri, Team leader: Ms. Manar Sameer) they programmed a Storytelling bot that provides online links to specific stories.
