- SportsEdTV tennis coach and former ATP Top-100 professional Jeff Salzenstein has released a new series of videos teaching the all-important slice, kick and ‘slick’ serves. The 5-video series covers the fundamentals of each serve and basic serving placement strategy for each. These beautifully filmed, informative videos can help beginners who are just learning the game or experienced players of all levels who are looking to serve more effectively.
“Jeff continues his valuable instruction on SportsEdTV with this new serving series,” said SportsEdTV Co-Founder and Director of Tennis, John Eagleton. He added, “The serves he covers in these videos are essential to learn for any player who wants to become a consistent server and make their serve a winning weapon.”
“SportsEdTV continues to break new ground in the production and distribution of online tennis video instruction,” said Jeff Salzenstein, Founder of Tennis Evolution, and one of the leaders in creating valuable online tennis instruction for players worldwide. He added, “This new serving series gets deeper into the serving game, providing further instruction to players looking to take their games to the next level.”
Salzenstein broke top 100 in the world for the first time at age 30, the oldest American to do so for the first time. He achieved this feat after coming back from two major surgeries and played 11 years on the ATP Tour before retiring in 2007. Before playing on the ATP Tour, he was the team captain and #1 singles player for two national championship tennis teams at Stanford University, including being part of one undefeated season. Besides being the founder of Tennis Evolution, Salzenstein is a USTA High Performance Coach, USPTA Elite professional, the lead instructor for Racquetfit, an Extreme Focus Mindset Coach, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and a member of the Colorado Tennis Hall of Fame.
