The VOLT Bike is The First Transforming Electric Bike with a Floating Frame
The newly announced flagship VOLT E-Bike from well-known Australian bike brand VOLT Electric Bikes is expected to launch in the U.S. and European e-bike market in November 2019 via a partnership with U.S. crowdfunding giant indiegogo.
Today via a corporate announcement, VOLT Bikes announced plans for an overseas launch of the company’s most advanced (and most unique) electric bike. The VOLT 250 and 500 Series Electric Bike features a specialist designed ‘floating frame’ that transforms in under 10 seconds to fit small storage spaces in urban environments. The VOLT eBike is expected to hit indiegogo and ship to US and European markets by November 2019. VOLT E-Bikes also announced the simultaneous release of upgraded options, an offer exclusive to backers on indiegogo. Quoting Bill H, a company spokesperson: “The new VOLT bikes are not only practical but offer massively increased power and performance through advances in the efficiency of digital controls.” A second spokesperson for the company commented on the release of upgrades, and hinting at the prospect of discounts: “We (VOLT Electric Bikes) expect the new VOLT Bike series to be released alongside a range of indiegogo exclusive options and offers, just in time for the Christmas rush.” in a referral to the impending launch of the flagship bikes on indiegogo, which has already sold out in Australia. Current owners are joining a growing international waiting list to immediately upgrade to the latest release.

The latest version of The VOLT E-Bike is a variant of its massively successful sibling, the VOLT Mate, redesigned for the overseas market. Both VOLT bikes retain the original floating frame and transforming design. The new flagship electric bike is spearheading VOLT Electric Bike’s first venture into overseas markets. The VOLT 250 series E-Bike will come stock with the most advanced ebike technology to date – Color LCD dashboards, Hydraulic Disc Brakes, Bluetooth and GPS connectivity just to name a few.
