Today marks the official launch of our new office in George Town, Cayman Islands and covering the entire Caribbean region.

We are delighted to announce that our office is headed up by two locally based and very experienced Caribbean operators; Ian Gilmour and Simon Garnett:
- Ian is an experienced executive covering multiple clients, including the private sector (financial services firms and SMEs) and government. Ian has managed global accounts on behalf of PwC and IBM and has worked on behalf of market leaders such as HSBC, Standard Chartered and Deutsche Bank. Ian’s role for the Green Recruitment Company is to liaise with Caribbean clients to deploy a professional, skilled workforce and enable the transition to resilient, low carbon energy and power infrastructure. Ian is a Board Member of the Cayman Renewable Energy Association and is based in the Cayman Islands.
- Simon is an FCCA qualified accountant with over 25 years post qualification experience and who has served in executive positions for the last 15 years. Based in the Caribbean since 2001, Simon has run his own Financial Services company for the last 2 years which has enabled him to develop an extensive network of contacts, not just within the financial services sector but in many other market segments including Green Energy. Simon’s expertise and strength lie in ensuring processes run smoothly and identifying partner opportunities. He has led and recruited successful teams including those within Royal Bank of Canada and looks forward to providing a seamless service as the Caribbean arm of the Green Recruitment Company.
