Benjamin™ Announces Integration with Orion

Today Benjamin™, an A.I. technology for financial advisors, announced an exciting new integration with fintech leader Orion Advisor Technology, LLC. This new integration promises to deliver an elevated experience for financial advisors, saving time for both advisors and their teams.

For advisors, meeting preparation takes considerable time and resources in addition to multiple steps both before and after meetings. Currently, advisors must pull reports on each client, review those reports, and make all necessary adjustments to portfolios prior to client meetings. After each meeting, advisors must update each client record and portfolio to reflect the specific needs discussed during the meeting.

With Benjamin, reports will be pulled automatically from the Orion system and emailed to the advisor prior to the client meeting. This email will contain all necessary client reports pulled from the Orion system, including performance analysis. This analysis will include how the portfolio has performed each quarter over the past 12 months, the most recent trades and transactions, and any other pertinent account activity. Upon completion of the meeting, Benjamin will text the advisor, prompting the upload of notes from the meeting directly into the CRM.

“Benjamin is a unique advisor tool that uses A.I. technology to streamline some of the time-consuming back-end administrative tasks involved with being an advisor,” said Jeff Kliewer, Integration Product Manager at Orion. “Through this integration, users will have meetings and information sent to them without missing a beat. Innovators will always have a home on our platform, and we’re proud to partner with Benjamin to help advisors maximize the use of their valuable time.”

The new integration of Benjamin within the Orion system creates a more efficient workflow, saving advisors an estimated 30 minutes of prep time per client meeting and allowing advisors more time to use Orion’s data and resources in order to make the best possible recommendations for clients.

“This new integration will streamline meeting preparation for advisors, reducing their time to prepare reports and analysis for each client and prospect meetings,” said Matt Reiner, CEO of Benjamin. “The true beauty of this integration is that now these vital but time-consuming tasks can be automated through Benjamin, freeing up valuable time for advisors and their teams to better leverage Orion’s robust offerings for the benefit of their clients.”
